Dylan came out to take a look at a suspension noise on my Mustang. I’m a little particular about my car, and this was the first time I’d had any maintenance performed outside of the regular service at the Ford dealership. But as soon as he arrived, I could tell he takes pride in what he does and treats his customers vehicles as if they were his own. It’s hard for me to take phone calls during the day, so I really appreciated how responsive and communicative he was over text. He arrived on time and got right to work. Before he even finished unloading his tools, he let me know what to expect for pricing. His rates are very fair, especially considering he’s a mobile mechanic. Overall, I had a 10/10 experience and would absolutely trust Dylan with my car again in the future.

Everyone needs a great mechanic and he is the one! Dylan’s mobile repair shop is a dream come true for the auto repair industry! He brought professionalism, integrity and efficiency to a whole other level and in eternally grateful my family found him. My mom’s fuel pump needed replacement and we had 2 mechanics look at it & decided to use him because of his communication and speed to respond. He even found other issues that were causing a loud noise, replaced bolts and didn’t charge extra for that. Thanks again Dylan, we found our forever mechanic!

Dylan really bailed us out today. The starter went out in my son's vehicle and Dylan was able to get to us quickly, verify the issue and get the vehicle going again. So much easier than dealing with a shop. Dylan responded right away, was friendly, knowledgeable and is just one of those people that you know that they care. Highly recommend.

Dylan came to our house to troubleshoot and remove our hybrid battery packs for rebuild on our 2013 Toyota Highlander. He was on time, courteous, and extremes knowledgeable about these batteries. He had them out in no time. After the rebuild he brought the packs back, reinstalled and tested them. We are extremely satisfied with his service! THANKS!!!

The greatest part about my experience with Dylan so far has been his honesty. He communicates any scheduling issues in a timely manner and is upfront about his reasons. He does what he says he’s going to do. It’s refreshing to do business with someone I can trust. These are all of the vehicles I have trusted Dylan to take care of.
